يونس — Yunus Ayat 33

كَذٰلِكَ حَقَّتْ كَلِمَتُ رَبِّكَ عَلَى الَّذِيْنَ فَسَقُوْٓا اَنَّهُمْ لَا يُؤْمِنُوْنَ

Każālika ḥaqqat kalimatu rabbika ‘alal-lażīna fasaqū annahum lā yu'minūn(a).

"Thus the word of your Lord has come into effect upon those who defiantly disobeyed - that they will not believe."
