يٰسۤ — Yasin Ayat 7
لَقَدْ حَقَّ الْقَوْلُ عَلٰٓى اَكْثَرِهِمْ فَهُمْ لَا يُؤْمِنُوْنَ
Laqad ḥaqqal-qaulu ‘alā akṡarihim fahum lā yu'minūn(a).
"Already the word has come into effect upon most of them, so they do not believe."
