التوبة — At-Taubah Ayat 58
وَمِنْهُمْ مَّنْ يَّلْمِزُكَ فِى الصَّدَقٰتِۚ فَاِنْ اُعْطُوْا مِنْهَا رَضُوْا وَاِنْ لَّمْ يُعْطَوْا مِنْهَآ اِذَا هُمْ يَسْخَطُوْنَ
Wa minhum may yalmizuka fiṣ-ṣadaqāt(i), fa in u‘ṭū minhā raḍū wa illam yu‘ṭau minhā iżā hum yaskhaṭūn(a).
"And among them are some who criticize you concerning the [distribution of] charities. If they are given from them, they approve; but if they are not given from them, at once they become angry."
