التوبة — At-Taubah Ayat 32

يُرِيْدُوْنَ اَنْ يُّطْفِـُٔوْا نُوْرَ اللّٰهِ بِاَفْوَاهِهِمْ وَيَأْبَى اللّٰهُ اِلَّآ اَنْ يُّتِمَّ نُوْرَهٗ وَلَوْ كَرِهَ الْكٰفِرُوْنَ

Yurīdūna ay yuṭfi'ū nūrallāhi bi'afwāhihim wa ya'ballāhu illā ay yutimma nūrahū wa lau karihal-kāfirūn(a).

"They want to extinguish the light of Allah with their mouths, but Allah refuses except to perfect His light, although the disbelievers dislike it."
