الشورى — Asy-Syura Ayat 33

اِنْ يَّشَأْ يُسْكِنِ الرِّيْحَ فَيَظْلَلْنَ رَوَاكِدَ عَلٰى ظَهْرِهٖۗ اِنَّ فِيْ ذٰلِكَ لَاٰيٰتٍ لِّكُلِّ صَبَّارٍ شَكُوْرٍۙ

Iy yasya' yuskinir-rīḥa fa yaẓlalna rawākida ‘alā ẓahrih(ī), inna fī żālika la'āyātil likulli ṣabbārin syakūr(in).

"If He willed, He could still the wind, and they would remain motionless on its surface. Indeed in that are signs for everyone patient and grateful."
