الصّٰۤفّٰت — As-Saffat Ayat 29

قَالُوْا بَلْ لَّمْ تَكُوْنُوْا مُؤْمِنِيْنَۚ

Qālū bal lam takūnū mu'minīn(a).

"The oppressors will say, "Rather, you [yourselves] were not believers,"
