الرّوم — Ar-Rum Ayat 12
وَيَوْمَ تَقُوْمُ السَّاعَةُ يُبْلِسُ الْمُجْرِمُوْنَ
Wa yauma taqūmus-sā‘atu yublisul-mujrimūn(a).
"And the Day the Hour appears the criminals will be in despair."
