النمل — An-Naml Ayat 48

وَكَانَ فِى الْمَدِيْنَةِ تِسْعَةُ رَهْطٍ يُّفْسِدُوْنَ فِى الْاَرْضِ وَلَا يُصْلِحُوْنَ

Wa kāna fil-madīnati tis‘atu rahṭiy yufsidūna fil-arḍi wa lā yuṣliḥūn(a).

"And there were in the city nine family heads causing corruption in the land and not amending [its affairs]."
