اٰل عمران — Ali 'Imran Ayat 129
وَلِلّٰهِ مَا فِى السَّمٰوٰتِ وَمَا فِى الْاَرْضِۗ يَغْفِرُ لِمَنْ يَّشَاۤءُ وَيُعَذِّبُ مَنْ يَّشَاۤءُ ۗ وَاللّٰهُ غَفُوْرٌ رَّحِيْمٌ ࣖ
Wa lillāhi mā fis-samāwāti wa mā fil-arḍ(i), yagfiru limay yasyā'u wa yu‘ażżibu may yasyā'(u), wallāhu gafūrur raḥīm(un).
"And to Allah belongs whatever is in the heavens and whatever is on the earth. He forgives whom He wills and punishes whom He wills. And Allah is Forgiving and Merciful."
