القمر — Al-Qamar Ayat 53

وَكُلُّ صَغِيْرٍ وَّكَبِيْرٍ مُّسْتَطَرٌ

Wa kullu ṣagīriw wa kabīrim mustaṭar(un).

"And every small and great [thing] is inscribed."
