المعارج — Al-Ma'arij Ayat 41
عَلٰٓى اَنْ نُّبَدِّلَ خَيْرًا مِّنْهُمْۙ وَمَا نَحْنُ بِمَسْبُوْقِيْنَ
‘Alā an nubaddila khairam minhum, wa mā naḥnu bimasbūqīn(a).
"To replace them with better than them; and We are not to be outdone."
