البلد — Al-Balad Ayat 2

وَاَنْتَ حِلٌّۢ بِهٰذَا الْبَلَدِۙ

Wa anta ḥillum bihāżal-balad(i).

"And you, [O Muhammad], are free of restriction in this city -"
