الاعراف — Al-A'raf Ayat 198

وَاِنْ تَدْعُوْهُمْ اِلَى الْهُدٰى لَا يَسْمَعُوْاۗ وَتَرٰىهُمْ يَنْظُرُوْنَ اِلَيْكَ وَهُمْ لَا يُبْصِرُوْنَ

Wa in tad‘ūhum ilal-hudā lā yasma‘ū, wa tarāhum yanẓurūna ilaika wa hum lā yubṣirūn(a).

"And if you invite them to guidance, they do not hear; and you see them looking at you while they do not see."
