الاعراف — Al-A'raf Ayat 115
قَالُوْا يٰمُوْسٰٓى اِمَّآ اَنْ تُلْقِيَ وَاِمَّآ اَنْ نَّكُوْنَ نَحْنُ الْمُلْقِيْنَ
Qālū yā mūsā immā an tulqiya wa immā an nakūna naḥnul-mulqīn(a).
"They said, "O Moses, either you throw [your staff], or we will be the ones to throw [first].""
