الانبياۤء — Al-Anbiya' Ayat 95

وَحَرٰمٌ عَلٰى قَرْيَةٍ اَهْلَكْنٰهَآ اَنَّهُمْ لَا يَرْجِعُوْنَ

Wa ḥarāmun ‘alā qaryatin ahlaknāhā, innahum lā yarji‘ūn(a).

"And there is prohibition upon [the people of] a city which We have destroyed that they will [ever] return"
