الانبياۤء — Al-Anbiya' Ayat 27
لَا يَسْبِقُوْنَهٗ بِالْقَوْلِ وَهُمْ بِاَمْرِهٖ يَعْمَلُوْنَ
Lā yasbiqūnahū bil-qauli wa hum bi'amrihī ya‘malūn(a).
"They cannot precede Him in word, and they act by His command."
