الاعلى — Al-A'la Ayat 13

ثُمَّ لَا يَمُوْتُ فِيْهَا وَلَا يَحْيٰىۗ

Ṡumma lā yamūtu fīhā wa lā yaḥyā.

"Neither dying therein nor living."
